How to run it well
- Rename each slot with the date and destination ("Oct 4 — at Westfield, leave 4:15").
- Capacity = seats offered; a driver with a minivan takes a capacity-4 slot.
- Put the meeting point and departure time in the description; reminders send it automatically before each game.
- Drivers who can no longer make it cancel from their manage link, and the open seat is instantly visible.
