How to run it well
- Assign zone captains first and put the zone in the slot title so neighbors pick their own block.
- Trash bags, gloves, and grabbers are supply slots, not assumptions.
- The truck-owner slot for hauling to the dumpster is the one you personally recruit for.
- Post the QR code at the meeting point; day-of walk-ups can join a zone on the spot.
