How to run it well
- Capacity 1 per named variety is the whole trick — the sheet enforces no-duplicates for you.
- Set the batch math in the description: usually a half-dozen per attendee.
- Keep a few "baker's choice" slots for the adventurous; they cover the varieties you didn't think to list.
- Ask bakers to note nuts and allergens in their comment; print the sheet as the table labels.
