Watering weeks and workday crews to keep the beds alive.
Community gardens fail in August, when the watering rotation collapses. A week-per-slot rotation makes the commitment visible and small — one week, not a season — and workday crews handle the jobs no single gardener will do alone.

How to run it well
- Watering is one person per week; two people half-watering is how beds die.
- Put the water-source location and how-long-to-soak notes in the description.
- Schedule workdays as separate crews (weeding, mulch) so people pick a job, not a vague morning.
- Publish the rotation a month at a time; August needs recruiting in June.
