How to run it well
- Duplicate the sheet each month rather than one giant sheet — shorter sheets fill faster.
- Nursery needs two adults minimum; set capacity to 2 and note any background-check requirement in the slot description.

- Hand the sheet to a new coordinator with the transfer feature when leadership rotates; no password handoff.
